In addition to our extensive work in mixed use properties and hospitality, we have a personal passion for public projects that serve and connect community members. This month marked the construction kickoff for two major projects in the Edge District neighborhood of Downtown Memphis – a second brewery and taproom for Memphis Made Brewing Co. and The Ravine, a future community greenspace destination.
Ethan Knight took WMC Action News 5 on a tour around the Edge District to show a glimpse of recently completed projects, such as the new luxury Rise Apartments, and the sites of future projects that are set to attract Memphis residents and visitors from afar.
